  3. Never get this wallet. Extremely high minimums, high fees and no customer support. There is no selling even though they say it on the app store description. Trading involves paying a network fee from a coin you don’t have so they expect you to buy that coin. This is never mentioned anywhere.
    Ask a question, you will never be answered.

    I tried buying $100 worth of doge and message said minimum is $418.
    I tried sending EOS and message said “my cpu resources are low.”
    I tried sending BTT and got the message “sending failed, contact customer support”
    I tried exchanging all coins for Tether so I can leave and I just get error messages.
    I’ve emailed them over 10 times and no replies just automated messages saying they are busy.

    So now I am leaving a review on every Exodus wallet YouTube video, review site and financial site I can find to get there attention and maybe then they can answer my emails.
    Once I’ve warned the public and get my money back I will stop. This is not a warning or threat just a promise.

    So if something goes wrong- and believe something always will be wrong – and you want to contact them how can you proof to them that it’s actually you ???

  7. *BE CAREFUL* Exodus lost a transaction I made to another wallet.

    Support asked me for transaction ID and never responded again to my mails.

    my money is gone! worst support ever!

    USE ANOTHER WALLET IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR MONEY

  8. Never again! Lost my whole portfolio! Support simply said it was not due to any fault of theirs. Security breach was on my end , according to them. That was it, GONE, right before the big Run. Btc, Etherium and xrp gone!!! Yea the display is pretty, but when you see your balance gone, it does not matter how pretty the damn display is. Seriously disappointed to say the least!!!

  12. My Exodus wallet got hacked when nobody knew the passphrase except for me (also, I had made no transactions). The $2,500 worth bitcoins I had on my exodus wallet became 0, I contacted the support and they just sent me one email (which I think was auto-generated) and then, I was ignored.   14. Hey guys! Can anyone help me figure out how to deposit money from my bank account to my exodus wallet please? So far I've only installed it on my phone. But I have no crypto to transfer from somewhere else..
    Is it possible for me to just buy some XRP on exodus with money from my bank account..?

  15. Hello Exodus. I am a newcomer to crypto World and I want to choose a wallet. I only have a cellphone. I love the app, but people say the android version is not as safe as desktop version. I surely want my cryptos be safe and non-hackable. Second thing I've heard is the exchange rate or send fee which is quite expensive. Please enlighten me about this security and financial matter.   17. I love my Exodus wallet so much I wanted to buy exodus merchandise! But apparently since nobody requests merch…the exodus dude said they never took the time to create any. This is my only negative feedback 🙁 No merch!!! so I guess if everyone starts asking for exodus merchandise, they'll HAVE to create some. Those Tshirts the guys always wear in the exodus videos was the shirt I was looking for…..but since I live in Denver, Colorado…that same style (Hoodie version) would be super cool too! Comon everyone, let's start requesting it!! I love my exodus wallet!!!
